this support group is for you if…
Your child has big emotions or big reactions
Your child struggles to stay calm or settled in certain situations
Public outings feel stressful or unpredictable
Meal and bedtime time feels impossible
You’ve been told to “just be consistent,” and it didn’t help
You want to support your child and feel steady yourself
Gentle reminder:
Seeking understanding is not a lack of faith. It’s stewardship
This space exists because too many parents are doing this alone & pARENTING SHOULD NOT FEEL THIS CONFUSING
If you’ve ever thought, “Why is this so hard?” or “What am I missing?” — you’re not alone.
Many parents are doing everything they can: praying, reading, trying tips from the internet… and still feeling overwhelmed.
Not because you’re failing — but because no one has slowed down enough to explain what your child’s body is actually experiencing.
This live support group is here to help you understand what’s underneath the behaviors — so you can respond with more calm and less stress.
WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM THIS TIME TOGETHER
Meet your facilitator
Hi, I’m Dr. Chauntel Altidor, an Occupational Therapist and parent coach.
I help parents make sense of their child’s reactions so they can respond with confidence instead of second guessing themselves.
I created this support group because parents don’t need more advice, they need understanding, reassurance, and a place to breathe.
